Description
The SPARKLE AC RG is a new highly-stable, single-additive, chloride-free acid copper plating process for printing cylinder. It produces extremely good levelling and ductility copper deposits, maintaining constant hardness values.(200~230 Vickers)
SPARKLE AC RG can operate with higher current densities and with high thermal strength up to 40°C. The high depositing rate for increased facility performance and give excellent gravure printing ability. There is no recrystallisation of copper if used according to instructions.
