BLACKENING PROCESS

Blackening process is a finishing that chemically coats the surface of steel and stainless-steel materials. It produces a uniform black coating with good adhesion and corrosion protection.

BLACK ON STEEL HT HIGH TEMPERATURE BLACK OXIDE PROCESS

Physical Properties:
BLACK ON STEEL HT: Corrosive Powder

Description

BLACK ON STEEL HT is a hot blackening process on steel which is running at 135 ~ 140°C. It produces a uniform black coating with good corrosion protection when used in combination with protective oil.

Equipment

Tanks: Plain steel tanks
Heating: Steam coils or plate coils

BLACK ON STAINLESS STEEL HIGH TEMPERATURE BLACK OXIDE PROCESS

Physical Properties:
BLACK ON STAINLESS STEEL: Corrosive Powder

Description

BLACK ON STAINLESS STEEL is a hot blackening process on stainless steel which is running at 120 ~ 130°C. It produces a uniform black coating with good adhesion and corrosion protection on stainless steel and high alloy steels, which is normally difficult to blacken.

Equipment

Tanks: Plain steel tanks
Heating: Steam coils or plate coils
